Smithfield Elementary School Extended Day Program Extended Day Care Aiming to be .Good, Better, Best!!! Smithfield Elementary offers a Before and After school program that is managed by the school, under the leadership of a Director and Assistant Director. Children may be dropped off as early as 6:30am. Children must be picked up by 6:00pm. Each day a director is here with an adult to student ratio of 10:1. Our Program provides snacks, homework assistance, computer time on educational programs and daily play time on playground.
